These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BDF Foodies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform. Continued access and utilization of the website indicates your unqualified acceptance.

BDF Foodies is an online marketplace bridging food enthusiasts and customers with verified local food sellers, restaurants, home kitchens, and delivery providers across Bangladesh. BDF Foodies acts as a technology facilitator. Each seller is independently responsible for the preparation, hygiene, packaging, freshness, and quality of their food products.

• Account Security: Users must provide accurate, complete, and authentic information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. • Responsible Usage: You agree not to submit fraudulent orders, post deceptive or defamatory reviews, or impersonate other individuals or entities. • Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to scrape content, reverse-engineer platform systems, or disrupt normal website operations is strictly forbidden.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Sellers must comply with all national food safety standards, hygiene practices, and packaging regulations in Bangladesh. • Accurate Listings: Menu descriptions, pricing in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), portion sizes, availability, and allergen warnings must be transparent and accurate. • Timely Fulfillment: Sellers must prepare orders in a timely manner and coordinate effectively with assigned delivery personnel.

• Pricing: Prices shown on the platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and set by respective sellers, including applicable taxes where required. • Digital Payments: Payments completed online are handled via secure SSLCommerz-verified channels. • Cash on Delivery (COD): Where enabled, customers agree to pay the full stated order total in cash upon parcel handover.

• Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled by the customer before the kitchen begins preparation. Once food preparation is underway, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. • Quality Issues: If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, customers must report the issue within 2 hours of receipt with supporting photographic proof. • Refunds: Verified refund requests will be credited back to the original payment method or resolved through seller replacement according to fair consumer practices.

All trademarks, logos, visual layouts, platform code, and branding associated with BDF Foodies and Bangladesh Family are the exclusive property of the platform. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any brand assets without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, BDF Foodies will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor food preparation, unforeseen delivery delays caused by traffic or weather, or adverse health reactions. Customers are advised to contact vendors directly regarding specific allergies.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
